Job Description
As a Sourcer you will be responsible for full end-to-end sourcing and customer service of recruiter candidates. A successful Sourcer at Placement Club not only hunts for new recruiters, but builds relationships and brings value to our clients. Our goal is to cultivate successful long term relationships by matching the right recruiters with the right organizations. These roles range from contractor, remote, to permanent positions. At Placement Club, our Sourcers are critical to the growth of our business and providing the best experiences in the industry.
Responsibilities

Source the best recruiters in the industry in order to serve our customers with the world class service they have come to expect

Find creative ways to capture recruiter candidate’s attention during initial sourcing stages.

Execute on referral generation by organizing/attending events and sourcing campaigns

High volume contact with recruiters through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events.

Understand each client requirements and how it matches with recruiter candidates

Tactically research top talent and stay updated on current Business news

Create an exceptional candidate experience and be a Placement Club ambassador
Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 2 year of previous Sourcing or Recruiting or Sales experience

Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search technique skills

Experience sourcing candidates in a fast-paced environment

Sharp interview skills, with the ability to screen candidates for technical abilities
