The Senior Construction Manager provides the onsite leadership, coordination, and direction for construction management activities for multiple or complex projects. Duties include ensuring the project(s) are on budget, schedule, and the design fits the requirements for the contracts. Will supervise construction management team, which may consist of Construction Manager(s), Assistant Construction Manager(s), Field/Project Engineer(s), field administrative staff and other project staff as assigned.

We are actively looking to hire a Project Manager to join our diverse team leading multi-family affordable housing projects in San Francisco. This position reports to a Project Executive and is responsible for ensuring construction work complies with safety, specifications, cost guidelines, reporting requirements and field engineering activities for assigned projects. Major focus will vary depending on project needs and priorities. Maintains positive relationships with owners, community members and project team members.

The Mechanical Inspector will be an essential part of the CM team and will provide sound and proactive management advice to GSA to ensure the project is run safely and all GSA standards are met. The Mechanical Inspector shall have full understanding of the project contract documents, GSA and end user goals and requirements as validated by the CO. The Mechanical Inspector shall effectively monitor, assess, coordinate, and inspect the construction work of the contractor on the behalf of GSA.

The Assistant Project Manager reports to the Project Director and Senior Project Manager, or assigned project leadership. Provides assistant construction management services on project. Assists in providing support for the project, field coordination, and direction for construction management activities and reporting
